Our Coaching Process
ALIGN
ASSESS
Assessment are not standard in the coaching process but can be requested when a coachee commits to a program with the aim of transformation. Evaluating the abilities and skill set at the outset can be a fundamental initial step in goal-setting and constructing a tailored plan for achievement. The coach, equipped with a diverse range of assessments, can suggest tools that best align with the coachees needs, fostering valuable insights into their behavior, style and identifying potential areas for growth.
ACTION
Armed with insights from initial conversations a personalized development plan is created so that, the coachee and the coach collaboratively navigate through the sessions.
These regular meetings are held online to deliberate on challenges, share best practices, and celebrate successes. The coach plays a pivotal role in helping the coachee discern and comprehend their behavioral patterns while also concentrating on areas for improvement
ANALYSIS
